We deliver to the UK only. Orders received before 2.00pm are processed and despatched the same day subject to availablity. Most orders are delivered the next working day but please allow up to 5 working days. Delivery is £5.50 for orders under £50.00. For orders over £50.00, delivery is free. For some areas of the UK such as the Highlands of Scotland and some off shore islands there may be an extra delivery charge. Our customer services team will contact you if this is the case. We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Electron and Paypal. Our credit cards are processed by Nat West Streamline and security is provided by Protx, one of the UK's largest online payment providers.

Most goods are available direct from our own stocks; however there may be occasions when items become out of stock at short notice. Under such circumstances, if you order multiple items we will ship you the items we have in stock and refund you for items that are unavailable. Contact is made via email so please ensure you provide your correct address when ordering.

Please note: If goods are returned to us as uncollected and you require the goods posting out again, we are happy to do so but a second delivery charge will be incurred.

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to change your mind and return unwanted goods to us to arrive within seven days. You will receive a refund to the value of the goods, shipping costs are not refunded. Goods must be in their original packaging and unused. Faulty goods can be returned for repair (or exchanged at the manufacturers discretion) within 12 months from date of purchase. Please note you must attach proof of purchase with your goods.

Before returning goods please obtain an authorisation number via our Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) system. This is for your own protection and ensures goods are tracked back into our warehouse and identified to your purchase. Login to your account, click on 'Review Previous Orders' and click on 'RMA' next to your purchase.

All goods are supplied un-assembled and un-painted unless specified otherwise.

Unispear Ltd entire obligation in the event of defective goods, damaged goods, failure to deliver goods, incorrect quantities or incorrect goods shipped will be to either, (a) Offer a full refund to the value of the goods or (b) Offer replacement for any goods of incorrect quantity, defective or damaged. Under no circumstances will Unispear Ltd be liable for any consequential, direct or indirect loss arising from any such occurrence stated above. The total liability of Unispear Ltd in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods.

In purchasing goods on this site you acknowledge that the contract between Unispear Ltd and yourself is governed by and interpreted by English Law and that English courts will have jurisdiction in resolving any disputes.

Please note that in an effort to improve products manufacturers continually change or vary slightly the colours of materials, paints, plastic coatings etc. As such the images and descriptions on this site are given as a guide and you may find some products differing slightly to the pictures shown.
